M/V Expedition is small, strong and nimble expedition ship with a long polar pedigree. This quaint, much-loved expedition ship carries just 128 passengers and has been extensively refurbished throughout with new engines, upgraded common areas and refreshed cabins - while maintaining her cozy and comfortable atmosphere. 

She has class 1A technology, providing smooth, quiet sailing, alongside the upgraded stabilisers which have significantly reduced her carbon footprint.

Onboard there remains a traditional, nautical feel, both in the well-stocked library, wood panelled club room and the elegant dining area. After a day exploring off the ship, a multipurpose lounge and presentation room hosts inspiring evening lectures, group discussions or simply a place to relax at the end of day.

The spacious observation and sun decks are fantastic vantage points along with the panoramic bridge to look out for Arctic or Antarctic wildlife. The two onboard bars provide the ideal setting for a leisurely chat, whilst there is also a convenient 24-hour beverage station a clinic, small gym and two Jacuzzis. An outdoor BBQ area may also be used subject to weather conditions!

Expedition has 8 different cabin categories to choose from, including triple, twin (with window or porthole), superior, deluxe or suite cabins and a fleet of 14 zodiacs. She also offers onboard optional activities such as kayaking and camping (subject to departures) to enhance your polar experience.
