COVID-19 & Safe Travels to Sri Lanka

As of December, 2022 visitors to Sri Lanka no longer need to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination; nor do they need to present a proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.

All visitors to the country will need to obtain an ETA visa. This can be obtained upon arrival, but the process can be slow so we recommend that you secure this before you travel. You can arrange your ETA online via this Sri Lankan Government website:
