"South Georgia Island was everything that I had hoped it would be and then more.  The King Penguins are the most lovable and adorable of all the penguins and just about of all nature's beautiful creations.  We were able to visit all three of the main rookeries. 

Apart from the penguins we saw beaches filled with fur seals and their pups, which were just so cute and fun to watch interacting, albatross courting and elephant seals.  The weather during our 7 day sojourn was superb except for the final day, and even that did not preclude landings and was just of taste of what the weather could have been like the entire time. 

The excursion and hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The ship was comfortable and the food very good.

All in all I am so happy that I took the trip and have no hesitation in recommending it."
